You've waited patiently, now it's time to celebrate. On Friday, December 30th we will release our Bourbon Barrel-aged Porter in the tasting room, just in time to ring in the New Year. And to make the holiday extra-special, we will also have Fuego ready to go.
For the past four months, the porter has matured in bourbon barrels. It picked up character from the oak, rounded out with notes of vanilla, and it has developed complexity and depth that can only come from aging in barrels.
Because of the limited amount of Bourbon Barrel-aged Porter, we are not able to fill growlers. Also, we will limit one crowler fill per guest.
The Fuego - if you have not already had an opportunity to taste it - is a hazy IPA, full of bright citrus hops. Fuego was designed for the hop-heads out there. Juicy and dank, aromatic and balanced, Fuego is a pleaser.
