Saison Day - April 14th to Benefit Cathedral Kitchen

March 30, 2018

What is Saison Day?

Five years ago, Allagash Brewing Company held its first-ever Saison Day. The original event brought together craft beer enthusiasts with brewers at Allagash, where Saison-style beers were celebrated.

In subsequent years, Allagash reached across its network to invite like-minded breweries to host additional Saison Day sites. These breweries, in turn, reached out to their brewing friends; and Saison Day festivals began springing up across the nation. During these festivals, host breweries team-up with local charitable organizations and proceeds from these events are donated for amazing social causes.

Tonewood and Saison Day 2018

This year, Tonewood Brewing was invited to take part in Saison Day as a host site. We teamed up with Cathedral Kitchen in Camden, New Jersey. On April 14th we will pour several Saison-inspired beers, brewed specifically for Saison Day. We also plan to donate all proceeds from draft beer sales, during Saison Day to Cathedral Kitchen.

How can you participate?

Help us support Cathedral Kitchen!

  1. Please join us on April 14th at Tonewood Brewing for 2018 Saison Day. Proceeds from ALL draft sales will be donated to Cathedral Kitchen.

  2. Volunteers from Cathedral Kitchen will be at Tonewood Brewing for Saison Day. Please feel free to make any private donation that is comfortable to you. This can come in the form of money and/or future volunteering opportunities.

  3. Please also bring any of the following items for distribution by Cathedral Kitchen volunteers to benefit Cathedral Kitchen patrons:
