Rye Lager | 4.7%
Our rustic rye lager brewed with a base of @rabbit_hill_malthouse pilsner and rye malt. Hopped in the kettle generously with Tettnang and Centennial for a lil old school/ new school action. Cold conditioned for six weeks.
Notes of lightly toasted sourdough bread, dried herbs, wildflower honey, citrus marmalade, rustic spice, and oolong tea. Unfiltered and un-fined.

Our dark mild ale brewed with maris otter and a blend of crystal and dark malts. Hopped with East Kent Goldings and fermented with our house ale yeast. Notes of pumpernickel toast, toffee, chocolate brownies, dried fig, and cold brew coffee.

We are so excited to present this exposition of our hand selected Crop Year 2025 Citra from @bchopranch and @yakimachief.
It is always a charmed retrospective for us to think back to those warm September afternoons in the Pacific Northwest. From meeting our hop farming partners in their fields to putting it all together in an aromatic experience of peach, candied citrus, and Sunny Delight.
We are also extremely lucky to have outstanding distribution partners such as @fivegoodinc, that provide the window in to our hard work and dedication to the world at large. We love seeing our beer being drank wherever beer-lovers congregate. Swipe to see our beers out in the world!
To honor our 10th anniversary of brewing in South Jersey, we conceptualized the sense of cozy romanticism this beer holds for us here at Tonewood into a limited-edition long-sleeve graphic T-shirt. This graphic is extra special to us as it was designed by Connor, who leads the Production Facility Barrington. Birdie is back!
The triumphant and highly anticipated return of our beloved rice lager is finally here! This jasmine rice lager is will be available on draft and to-go (and yes, there are a few sixtels in stock!) at both locations today.
Mashed low, fermented cold and hopped delicately with Mandarin Bavaria and Lemon Drop makes this lager a perfect balance of crisp citrus and pure drinkability. Fly high, shoot low this beer definitely comes in under par.
This batch, in particular, holds a special place in our hearts here at Tonewood Brewing. We recently had our world shattered and hearts broken by the sudden loss of our honorary employee and best friend, Marie. Although the title was honorary, her impact was real. She brought warmth, joy and a sense of connection that made our workplace better. We are grateful for the time we shared and the memories we’ll always carry with us. 🩵

CANYON WALLS
Hoppy Amber Ale | 5.6%
Canyon Walls is a throwback to an old recipe made in our home brew days, inspired by the amber ales of the Pacific NorthWest. Brewed with a base of @rabbit_hill_malthouse 2-row, maris otter, crystal, and a dash of chocolate malt. Hopped in the kettle with our new crop year of pungent cascade and chinook from @crosbyhops.
We’re getting notes of grapefruit and fresh pine, caramel and toffee, cherry cola, underripe strawberry, and scenic drives along the Columbia River.
On draft in both locations, and on the beer engine in Oaklyn.

The only thing we love more than a foot of fresh powder is a PINT of it! Head over to Barrington or Oaklyn to stock up on THE beer of the blizzard, Powder Daze. Since we love snow daze and you guys, we decided to run a special- $25 gets you a pint glass and a 4k all of this kick ass DIPA.
This batch packs a punch with with a malt base of Maris Otter & a ton of Malted Oats, the Powder Daze namesake, though, comes from the heavy handed addition of Mosaic, Citra Lupulin Powders (in addition to a ton of standard Mosaic & Citra!) in the dry hop.
This concentrated hop product allows for an even more saturated hop character in both aroma & flavor, bringing out luscious notes of pineapple Dole whip, apricot jam, slightly overripe clementines, and a dash of extra dank green herbs. 8.2% ABV.

Munich Dunkel | 4.8%
Our beloved Dunkel lager returns in time for the depths of winter. Brewed with dark munich malt and a touch of carafa. Hopped throughout the boil with noble German varieties, and fermented low and slow with our house lager yeast.
Notes of freshly baked rye bread, philly soft pretzels, cherrywood, toasted chestnuts, toffee, and a touch of bakers chocolate.
Enjoyed best on a cold winter night, surrounded by friends and a nice lil campfire.

Burton
Golden Bitter | 3.7%
Our English inspired golden bitter. Brewed with maris otter and golden promise malt; hopped with east kent goldings and centennial.
We get notes of toasted lemon poppy scones, oatmeal with honey, citrus marmalade, sun tea, garden herbs, and thrift store books.
Can conditioned, as always with our English ales to a very low volume. Available on the beer engine and take out in Oaklyn, and can pours and take out in Barrington.

Belgian Golden Strong | 8.3%
Our Belgian golden strong ale brewed with 100% @rabbit_hill_malthouse farmhouse pilsner malt and dextrose sugar. Hopped assertively with aged saaz and our hand selected cascade from @crosbyhops. Fermented with our house saison blend. Re-fermented in the bottle with wildflower honey and bottle conditioned for 8 months.
Notes of apricot, orange blossom honey, pomme fruit, grapefruit, dried herbs, clove, and spices.

Cellar Door V
Blended mixed culture saison | 5.5%
The fifth iteration of our small batch foeder, and barrel aged blends. A unique blend of 3 year old mixed culture saison, 2 year old acidic wheat ale, and young brett saison, aged on second use peaches from @3springsfarm and chamomile from @bluestembotanicals.
Complex notes of grüner veltliner, peach, pineapple, earthy aged hops, holiday spices, an old tea shop, dusty oak, and funky, acidic mixed culture. Bitter with a bone dry finish.

Dry Hopped Saison | 5.8%
The return of our beloved dry hopped brett saison. Brewed with @rabbit_hill_malthouse pilsner, light munich, red wheat, and malted oats. Hopped in the kettle with aged saaz and simcoe and dry hopped with our new hand selected 2025 crop of simcoe from @yakimachief.
A snapshot of the early stage of our house mixed culture, where beautiful saison esters and bright brett character dance together. Complex notes of tangerine, pineapple, lemon verbena, grapefruit zest, herbal spice, and coriander.

DDH Fuego | 6.2 ABV
The final batch of our beloved Double Dry Hopped IPA for 2025 hit the taps and shelves today at both locations. Brewed with 2-Row Pilsner, Rolled Oats and hopped in the kettle with Chinook, Citra, Simcoe & Mosaic. This batch was dry hopped with Citra & Motueka Cryo and offers notes of pomelo and papaya.

As we head into yet another holiday season here at Tonewood Brewing, we wanted to make sure our goal of being a sustainable company didn’t get lost in this typically commercially driven time of year. It is with immense gratitude and a lot of excitement we want to present you with our community driven holiday commodities.
We partnered with the ever darling Deb from @drsglass to create these special lil hop ornaments. They are all hand blown by Deb and each one its own little personality. They make the perfect addition to any and all Christmas trees.
Josh from @frontside_bag_co made us some super versatile bags that can be used to hold all your typical belongings in addition to a skateboard or yoga mat. In conjunction with Dylan from @bilbryink we were able to add a lil Tonewood flair to brighten them up.
We were super stoked to partner with Josh from @redwooddurable to create these one of a kind belts and wallets. Available in an array of colors and sizes, these were built to last.
And we can’t end this note without mentioning all the local artists we worked with for this year. Beyond keeping the local musical artists we love busy, we were able to get one of a kind artwork created for us by @lazertusk , @keithwarrengreiman and @heavyslime along with the wonderful crew over at @wfgdstudio. Take a peek at the colorful array of shirts we have available next time you stop by. We have been working towards getting everything printed on US made organic cotton and we are very proud of the results!

Blackbird
The annual return of our German Style Schwarzbier brewed with Munich II & German Carafe malts & hopped singularly with some Halltertau Mittelfrüh. Fermented & lagered for an extended period of time for a refined & elegant profile showcasing the lightly toasty & chocolate-y notes of the Carafe balanced by some delicate sweetness from the Munich II.
Blackbird comes in at 4.0% ABV and is available on draft and in 6 packs to go at both of our locations in the Greater Haddon Valley. 🐦⬛

Vermillion
So so excited to have a brewery staff favorite, Vermilion, our 4.8% ABV Vienna Lager brewed with Vienna Malt & Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops, back in the lineup. Fresh out of its extended cold conditioning, in all its balanced, freshly baked, bready, floral glory. This one is ready to go in 12oz six-packs and on draft!
Slopes
5.2% ABV
We’re coming down with a new hop-loaded draft-only Pale Ale. Slopes is an overpacked 5.2% American Pale Ale with Talus, Simcoe, and our darling, Chinook. Dropping decadent notes of honey, dank resin, and orange blossoms on the nose with a pretty intense tropical (read: mango, pineapple, and coconut) flavor profile. This little ripper is stamped with a resinous pine and citrus pith finish.

Belgian Saison | 5.8%
An updated version of our house “saison”, Millstone is a Belgian inspired farmhouse ale brewed with @rabbit_hill_malthouse pilsner, red wheat, oats, and rye. Hopped with aged and fresh Saaz, and fermented with a classic blend of saison yeast. Bottle and keg conditioned with orange blossom honey for six months, now ready for your enjoyment.
Notes of bubblegum, citrus, grapefruit rind, stone fruit, clove, white pepper, and hay, with a bitter, dry finish.

Fresh Hop Pub Ale 4.0%
So fresh and so green-green! Fresh hop season is something we are extremely passionate about. Encapsulating the flavor and aroma of farm fresh, wet hops picked from the bine in the Pacific Northwest 24 hours before brew day, is truly magical.
This year we hosted our Mild brothers from @forestandmain to brew a riff on a golden mild/ pub ale with fresh Amarillo from @crosbyhops. Brewed with golden promise, maris otter, and touch of biscuit malt. Hopped in the kettle with Fuggles, then steeped through 200 lbs of fresh, wet Amarillo. This one has notes of lemon poppy scones, orange blossom honey, grapefruit pith, pine resin, lemon-lime citrus, fresh cut grass, marijuana, and Woodburn terroir.
Cask and can conditioned, available on our beer engine in Oaklyn, and for can pours in Barrington. Enjoy this fresh !!

Hoppy Brown Ale | 6.0%
The return of our hoppy brown ale brewed with 2 row, munich, and an assortment of specialty malts, hopped with Hallertau Mittelfrüh, Chinook, and Cascade.
Balanced notes of cocoa, caramel, toffee, trail mix, orange zest, and pine.

The @eagles win isn’t the only thing to celebrate today. We are excited to release this year’s highly anticipated batch of Revolution Coffee Porter!
Brewed in collaboration with our Camden County Cohorts over at @revolution_coffee in Collingswood each and every year right around this time when the weather starts to turn with the leaves and you might be craving something to warm ya up a little.
Brewed with a malt base of 2-row barely, a plethora of dark specialty malts, and a dash of flaked oats for a soft mouthfeel, Revolution is then gently hopped with Cascade, Chinook, and Centennial.
We then condition Revolution over a blend of cacao nibs and a really beautiful Naturally Processed Coffee Bean from the Gera Region of Ethiopia, lightly roasted by our pal Steve at @revolution_coffee
The coffee itself evokes notes of berry & stone fruit, which meld extremely well with the cacao nibs and the light citrus bitterness from those classic American hops.
Notes of espresso dipped biscotti, cafe americano con turbinado, chocolate covered caramel, and toasted pumpernickel. 6.5% ABV.
Revolution is available on draft and in six packs to go right here in the Greater Haddon Valley and throughout our entire distribution footprint in NJ. PA will be seeing Revolution in the next couple of weeks through our esteemed colleagues at @31standwharton

A blend of one year old brett-forward wheat ales and six month old oak fermented mixed culture saison dry hopped with Sabro. Bottle and keg conditioned for seven months, and ready for your holiday festivities this weekend.
Notes of tropical fruit, funky pineapple smoothies, tangerine, lime zest, herbal tea, and dusty oak, with a hoppy, zippy, acidic finish.

Outer Sunset
Hoppy ale | 5.1%
A new *draft only* hoppy ale brewed with @rabbit_hill_malthouse 2-row, pilsner, and malted wheat. Hopped in the kettle with Hüell Melon, and dry hopped with New Zealand Moutere and Motueka from @eggershops. Fermented with our house kölsch yeast nice and cool for a crisp, clean mouthfeel.
We get notes of kiwi juice, lemon-lime sorbet, honeydew, strawberry, peach, cantaloupe, freshly squeezed orange juice, and pine resin. Soft and crushable.
On tap in Oaklyn and Barrington.

We were thrilled to invite our longtime brew buds @icarusbrewing back to the Greater Haddon Valley to revisit an old favorite of ours, the 6.5% Classic IPA FAMILIAR PATTERNS.
We stayed true to form, using a pilsner malt base, @rabbit_hill_malthouse Red Wheat, and a touch of Munich and Carahell malts for character. Hopped in the kettle, and dry hopped with Chinook, Centennial, and some super punchy New Zealand Grown Cascade. We are still getting notes of grapefruit zest, floral pine resin, bittersweet Aperol spritz, and tropical fruit hard candies.
Available on draft and in 16oz cans at both location along with those dope-as-hell, much anticipated @heavyslime x Tonewood tees. 🤝
Birdie
Here we are in the high heat of the summer, and all we want to do is drink the most refreshing beer possible. Birdie, our draft-only darling of a 3.8% lager was mashed low, fermented cold, and hopped delicately.
We used Jasmine Rice to create a super clean and snappy platform, which also lends an enchanting floral aroma. We then whirlpooled with Mandarina Bavaria and Lemon Drop, giving rise to a bright balance between crisp citrus and pure drinkability. We had so much fun making this one, we can’t wait for you to rip a few.
And don’t forget that tonight is the night we welcome @hotlikemars to the stage in Barrington at 7pm. Come on out and let’s groove!
Waveshift
Rye IPA | 6.8%
Our collaborative rye IPA brewed with our best buds @sacredvicebrewing returns after a year hiatus. Brewed with @rabbit_hill_malthouse pilsner, malted rye, and a touch of red wheat. Hopped in the kettle and dry hopped in the west coast tradition with our hand selected chinook, mosaic, and dank ass strata.
Notes of red berry jam, grapefruit pith, cappelletti spritz, super lemon haze, and herbaceous pine resin, with a bitter, dry finish.
Available on draft and for takeout in Oaklyn and Barrington.

PENDULUM
Pendulum is a West Coast IPA we brewed with Two Row Barley and a touch of Vienna & Biscuit malts, and hopped with a well balanced cocktail of Citra, Galaxy, Amarillo, and Chinook.
The idea behind this beer is to find a happy medium between the pithy & bitter IPAs of yore and the juicy & tropical IPAs we’ve seen saturate the market in the last decade or so. We think that swinging Pendulum stops dead center on this one in perfect balance.
This beauty pours a radiant golden amber with an aroma of freshly baked bread slathered with orange marmalade. We’re tasting notes of more candied orange, perfectly ripe pineapple, guava candies, and a very pleasant & soft evergreen bitterness. 7.3% ABV.
Available to go at both Barrington & Oaklyn and on draft in Barrington. Headed out to the Greater Haddon Valley as we “speak”.

LUMBERYARD LAGER
Our Helles Lager gives nod to the building that once stood where our Barrington location currently sits. Brewed with high quality German Pilsner malt and hopped entirely with Tettnanger, Lumberyard Lager is crisp & biscuity with a pleasant Noble hop presence. This batch got a cool six-week horizontal conditioning, lending to a smooth, clean, and crisp drinking experience.
Available again after a maybe-too-long-hiatus wherever you may find your favorite Tonewood products. We will have this available today on draft and to go in Barrington and making its way down to Oaklyn by the week’s end.

NOMAD 5.6%
An homage to our favorite Westy, this Kolsh is returning in cans and on draft and is tasting better than ever. Beautifully simple in composition, with a grain bill of Pils & a dash of Munich and hopped judiciously with Hallertau Mittelfrüh, Nomad is bright & effervescent with a subtle underlying sweetness but finishes very clean & crisp. THE perfect warm weather beer choice in my opinion.

Drifted is our 8%, hop-forward, celebratory offering. We took all we have learned over the past 9 years about hopping (and over-hopping), and went for the perfect combination of malted barley, hops, and fermentation science. We tried to jam as much punchy, tropical fruit flavors and aroma as possible in to this beer, bringing in Nelson Sauvin, Sabro, Idaho-7, and a small hit of Mosaic. Its clarity rings so true for us, and we know it will for you too. This beer leans on a watermelon-slice-in-a-glass-of-pink-lemonade vibe, with bonus notes of papaya and dried apricots. We look forward to slurping this little hit through the heat of summer.

Brewed with our forever friends @theseedbeer 😘, this hoppy pale ale starts with a grist of @rabbit_hill_malthouse 2 row and pilsner, with a dash of malted wheat. Hopped in the kettle and dry hopped with @crosbyhops estate grown idaho 7 and comet.
Notes of fresh pineapple, grapefruit zest, lemon verbena, pine resin, and herbal tea. Crisp, clean, and hoppy.
Gold Trails
Mixed culture saison w/ persimmon and chamomile | 4.2%
Brewed with @rabbit_hill_malthouse pilsner, spelt, and malted oats on 10/10/23 and fermented with our house mixed culture. Aged in oak for one year, and blended with 6 month old brett pale ale. Conditioned on foraged persimmon from cape may county, and chamomile from @bluestembotanicals. Bottle conditioned with wildflower honey for an additional 7 months.
Notes of white grape, lemon meringue, orange hard candy, chamomile, spiced pear cake, salty ocean air, funky mixed culture, and dusty oak.

Once again leaning on our friends @rabbit_hill_malthouse for their exquisite NJ Red Wheat, we rounding out the grain bill with malted oats. We are dropping this one soft and heavy, with Strata and Krush, pushing out aromatics of a dank, high-summer experience. Beneath the dankness, you’ll get summoned by overripe raspberries blended into peach sorbetto, drenched in a candied orange reduction, and topped with shaved coconut. We’re so pleased with how this beer is pouring, and cannot wait to share and celebrate our version of 9 Pound Hammer with you on June 14th! Keep it Tonewood!

Slow Saison Vol. 4 | Elderflower
The fourth and final season of our Slow series. Each Slow Saison volume begins with a @rabbit_hill_malthouse four grain saison base brewed with lemon balm, yarrow, and blue spruce tips gathered by Danny and @highnuhn (brewed 6/1/23!!)
Vol. 4 consists of this base aged in oak for 11 months, blended and conditioned on heaps and heaps of elderflower foraged from a cute little garden in south jersey 😘. Bottle conditioned with wildflower honey for an additional 7 months.
Complex notes of lemon meringue, lemon curd, yellow quince, white tea, stone fruit, dusty oak, herbal spice, and funky mixed culture. Bone dry with an assertive acidic finish. 5.8%

Hoppy ale | 4.8%
A new draft only hoppy ale brewed with @rabbit_hill_malthouse 2-row and malted wheat, hopped in the kettle and dry hopped with @crosbyhops Experimental #3. We were fortunate to experiment with this new, small lot variety to lend a hand giving the crew at Crosby some sensory notes, as well as having y’all enjoy this new hoppy beer in our tasting rooms 😎
Fermented with our house kölsch yeast at a cooler temperature for a clean, crisp mouthfeel. We get notes of lemon/lime, tamarind soda, tangelo, pine resin, bubblegum, subtle peach, herbal spice, and Woodburn terrior. Soft, hoppy, crushable.

The fourth iteration of our small batch, foeder and barrel aged blend is comprised of three year old barrel fermented and matured acidic saison, one year old foeder aged brett-forward wheat beer, and young stainless fermented golden strong ale.
This batch has complex notes of zippy lemon meringue, mineral forward grüner veltliner, funky pineapple, bubblegum, dusty oak, and suggestions of oude gueuze. Bone dry, with a prickly, acidic, bitter finish.

Our newest draft only Bavarian inspired Dry-Hopped Weizen. 5.7% ABV
We brewed Sown with 65% malted wheat from @rabbit_hill_malthouse and 35% German Pilsner malt for a wonderfully straw-colored beauty of a beer.
We then laid upon that ancestral platform some of our favorite fruit forward hops. Huell Melon in the kettle, Huell Melon and Idaho 7 in the whirlpool, and dry hopped with Sabro and Idaho 7.
Springing forth is a fantastic interplay between the hops and the traditional banana characteristics German Hefeweizen yeast with notes of early-season strawberry, pineapple, tangelo, and a hint of coconut.

A blend of barrel aged mixed culture saison and brett-forward wheat beer re-fermented on sour cherries for one month, bottle conditioned with wildflower honey for seven months.

As per usual, we brewed this with 2 Row Barley, Malted Oats, and a dash of Vienna Malt. Rift is hopped heavily with a blend of Citra, Idaho 7, Mosaic, and Chinook.
Pungent & tropical & juicy, with notes of passion fruit, guava, strawberry, and tangerine with some pine bitterness towards the end keeping it grounded.

American Pale Ale | 5.5%
Made in collaboration with our buds in south Philly @breweryars, this west coast pale ale was brewed with a base of @rabbit_hill_malthouse 2 row and pilsner malt, and a dash of crystal malt for some nostalgia. Hopped hot side with simcoe, citra, and krush, dry hopped with krush and citra. Pungent and classic notes of tangerine citrus, lemon balm, cannabis, grapefruit pith, and pine resin.
Dust & Stone
Witbier | 5.3%
Collaboration with our friends @empressrisingphl, this belgian white ale was brewed with @rabbit_hill_malthouse pilsner, raw wheat, malted wheat, and malted oats. Indian coriander and five varieties of citrus (oranges, tangerines, clementines, blood orange, and cara cara) were zested, juiced and steeped in the whirlpool alongside some Cascade hops.
Notes of zesty citrus, fruity pebbles, spice, bubblegum, and pleasant malty-sweet grain.
$1 from every pint sold in our Oaklyn taproom will be donated back to this Philadelphia woman run organization which supports other non-profits on a need to need basis- with an emphasis on human rights, basic needs and knowledge to provide to the community. Keep an eye out for this brew at @decibelmagazine Metal & Beer Fest next month too.

BLOOM
American Pale Ale 5.2% (draft-only)
We kept the malt bill simple, 2-row and NJ grown red wheat from @rabbit_hill_malthouse . On that platform we weaved together experimental hop HBC 638 and Krush from @yakimachief .
The resulting beer is gorgeously pale with an overstated hop presence that is crisp and tropical. Expressing notes of peach, pineapple, and mango, with a touch of dry resin, we can taste the warmer days ahead.
We are beyond ready to break through the frost-laden skies of winter and lay down some luscious sunshine in our tasting rooms. Experimental hops are the best way we know how. Come enjoy the first taste of Spring with us at either Barrington or Oaklyn this weekend.

Bedford
Our Dark Mild ale brewed with maris otter and a blend of specialty crystal and dark malts. Hopped with EKG and fermented with our house ale yeast. Notes of pumpernickel toast, toffee, chocolate brownies, dried fig, and cold brew coffee. 3.7%.
Can conditioned utilizing the “speise” method, wherein wort from brew day is added at the time of packaging as a priming sugar to naturally carbonate the beer. This creates an incredibly smooth mouthfeel, mimicking fond memories of drinking cask ale at your favorite pub.
We can tell by how quickly you all crushed those two firkins down in Oaklyn that this year’s March Mildness is going to be a great one! @forestandmain

Wading Out is our American Lager brewed with flaked corn & hopped lightly with Tettnanger before being fermented very low & very slow for a brilliant appearance & refined flavor.

Powder Daze, our beloved Modern Double IPA, makes its seasonal debut today just in time for all you holiday celebrations in and out of the breweries.
Brewed with a malt base including Maris Otter & a ton of Malted Oats, the Powder Daze namesake, though, comes from the heavy handed addition of Mosaic, Citra Lupulin Powders (in addition to a ton of standard Mosaic & Citra!) in the dry hop.
This concentrated hop product allows for an even more saturated hop character in both aroma & flavor, bringing out luscious notes of pineapple Dole whip, apricot jam, slightly overripe clementines, and a dash of extra dank green herbs. 8.2% ABV.
Powder Daze is available in four packs of 16oz cans, and on draft, right here at Tonewood Brewing in THE Greater Haddon Valley. Keep an eye out for cans to hit the shelves in the next week in both PA & NJ.

🐦⬛ BLACKBIRD 🐦⬛
Today we are pleased to be releasing Blackbird- our German style Schwarzbier, brewed with Munich II & German style Carafa malts and hopped with Halltertau Mittelfrüh. For us, the annual return of this beer is full of symbolism. Just as the dark plumage of black birds evokes mystery and transformation, this traditional German dark lager – with its deep, dark hue – invites us to contemplate and explore the unknown. The toasty and chocolatey notes of the beer are in tune with black birds’ representation of life’s sweetness and its darker complexities.
Much like black birds are believed to act as guides between realms, our Blackbird bridges the traditions of traditional German brewing with a modern craft approach. Its extended lagering is an exercise of patience and refinement, akin to the transformative cycles of life, death, and rebirth, for which black birds are said to embody. As we finish out this year, it is a reminder for us all to slow down and take note of who we are now and who we want to become in this upcoming year.

This batch of Strata is dedicated to our dear friend, Chris Mecca, who we lost recently to his battle with cancer.

If anyone in the area has been through any kind of construction project in the past 8 years, they know Chris. Chris was the building and code official for both Oaklyn and Barrington and were lucky enough to get to know him very well during both build outs here at the breweries.

Since we were the General Contractors for both buildouts, we relied on Chris’s knowledge and direction to get both of our facilities open. Chris was always fair when pointing out our mistakes, and always willing to help guide us across the finish line with all the aspects of building two breweries. It’s safe to say that, without his help and guidance, the already difficult road would have been even bumpier. When things seemed impossible his motivation and input kept us going.

Statacaster was Chris’s favorite beer of ours and it will always reminds us of him. We will be donating a portion of the sales of this batch to his family, so come enjoy a Stratacaster for Chris and his family. Cheers. 🍻 🧡
🌒Halfway to the Moon🌘
Guided by the vision of @lil_zin_ , we took inspiration from some of our favorite traditional British brewing techniques and applied our bold American style to create this Blended Double Barrel Imperial Stout. The journey began with fabricating bourbon barrels, that previously held VT maple syrup, into upright open top fermentation vessels. They were used to ferment the Imperial Stout in 2022 with our house British Ale yeast. After primary fermentation was complete, we then racked the beer into freshly dumped bourbon barrels and laid them rest for 18 months. After patiently waiting for the aging to be complete, we blended in an equal portion of the original Imperial Stout from 2022 that had been conditioned in entirely stainless steel to round out the blend. We’re getting huge notes of vanilla cola, iced Vietnamese coffee, and sticky caramel. 10% ABV
This banger of a beer is available at BOTH locations at 1pm today in 5 oz and 10 oz pours. We think it’s the perfect little sipper for this cool weather. Stop in and let us know what you think in person or in the comments.

Each Slow Saison volume begins with a @rabbit_hill_malthouse four grain saison base brewed with lemon balm, yarrow, and blue spruce tips gathered by Danny and @highnuhn. Vol. 3 consists of this base aged in oak for 7 months, blended and conditioned on heaps and heaps of pitch pine foraged from the Pine Barrens. Bottle conditioned with wildflower honey for an additional 6 months.
Complex notes of pine resin, lemon balm, rosemary, stone fruit, watermelon hard candy, soft vanilla and dusty oak, with an assertive, thirst-quenching acidity. 4.3%

Notes of funky arnold palmer, pink starburst, blueberry kombucha, pine resin, subtle vanilla, dusty oak, and a balanced acidity.

We broke this American Pale Ale down to its most basic dimensions; much like a silhouette itself. Brewed with an incredibly simplistic grain bill of strictly base malts. Hopped in the whirlpool with mosaic and fermented with our house yeast. Then dry hopped with @yakimachief experimental hop HBC 638.
We aimed to allow this experimental hop’s brilliant aromatics shine. What we received was an amazingly balanced and juicy beer with notes of fresh strawberry mojitos.
On draft only at Barrington starting today and headed into the Oaklyn rotation next week.

Crafted with a base of @rabbit_hill_malthouse 2-row and light Munich malts, combined with a blend of rich, dark specialty malts. This session stout is hopped with the classic duo of Cascade and Chinook.

This batch is serving notes of lychee, mango, orange candy & pine resin. Super dank and tropical, we think you’ll agree this is tasty af.
Mas Fuego will be available right here in our Barrington & Oaklyn tasting rooms on draft & in four packs of 16oz cans. Distribution to our entire NJ footprint begins next week, with some light PA distribution hitting in the next two weeks.

That bit of chill in the air here in The Greater Haddon Valley has us reaching for this wonderful Rye Lager, Modern Country.
We brewed this rustic lager for the changing of the seasons with a base of @rabbit_hill_malthouse farmhouse pilsner and 20% rye. Hopped in the kettle generously with Tettnang and Centennial for a lil old school/ new school action.
Notes of lightly toasted sourdough bread, dried herbs, wildflower honey, citrus marmalade, rustic spice, and oolong tea. Unfiltered and un-fined. 4.7% ABV

☕️ R E V O L U T I O N ☕️
Revolution is our highly anticipated Coffee Porter brewed in collaboration with our Camden County Cohorts over at @revolution_coffee in Collingswood each and every year right around this time when the weather starts to turn with the leaves and you might be craving something to warm ya up a little.
Brewed with a malt base of 2-row barely, a plethora of dark specialty malts, and a dash of flaked oats for a soft mouthfeel, Revolution is then gently hopped with Cascade, Chinook, and Centennial.
We then condition Revolution over a blend of cacao nibs and a really beautiful Naturally Processed Coffee Bean from the Gera Region of Ethiopia, lightly roasted by our pal Steve at @revolution_coffee
The coffee itself evokes notes of berry & stone fruit, which meld extremely well with the cacao nibs and the light citrus bitterness from those classic American hops.
Notes of espresso dipped biscotti, cafe americano con turbinado, chocolate covered caramel, and toasted pumpernickel. 6.5% ABV.
Revolution is available on draft and in six packs to go right here in the Greater Haddon Valley and throughout our entire distribution footprint in NJ. PA will be seeing Revolution in the next couple of weeks through our esteemed colleagues at @31standwharton

MIDNIGHT LANDING is one of the beers we most look forward to year in and year out. The ability to hand select the hops out in the field in Oregon and have them shipped directly to us, less than 24hrs post harvest, is something we never dreamed of when we first started our little neighborhood brewery back in 2016.
Here we are now on our 2024 iteration of Midnight Landing and we thought we’d switch things up just a touch! What has typically been a pretty straightforward IPA utilizing fresh whole cone hops from our pals at @crosbyhops , Midnight Landing 2024 has evolved into a newer style for us that we’ve, frankly, just been loving to drink ourselves lately…
Midnight Landing is (now) a West Coast Style Pilsner brewed with an exceedingly simple malt base and hopped entirely with 500 pounds of whole leaf & insanely fresh Amarillo harvested and delivered to us within one calendar day. The cleaner malt bill of this year’s batch really lets the Amarillo, in all its classical American hoppiness, shine as the fresh agricultural product it is. Big bold notes of pink starburst, grapefruit pith, and pine resin. 5.6% ABV.
This year’s batch will be 100% DRAFT ONLY and is available right here & right now in the Greater Haddon Valley.

Down Tempo is a Modern Double IPA brewed with malted & flaked oats for that extra fluffy, smooth & silky mouthfeel. Hopped & Dry Hopped with a triumvirate of Citra, Strata, and Nelson Sauvin giving this gorgeous Double IPA a wonderful bouquet of tangerine spritz & ripe pomelo. The Nelson shines through with that classic grassy white grape & zippy orange citrus. Little to no bitterness on this one, just a beautiful dreamy & delicate showcase of some of our favorite hops from around the globe. 8.0% abv.

Introducing 🧊 CHILLY BIN 🧊
Chilly Bin is a West Coast Pilsner brewed with 100% Pilsner Malt and hopped, hot side, with Cascade, Centennial, and Chinook. On the dry hop, we took inspiration from a beautiful trip to New Zealand earlier this year during which Taylor & Alli toured the fields at Eggers Hops near the Nelson region of New Zealand. Eggers is growing arguably the very best Riwaka in the world and we felt the very crisp & clean template of the West Coast Pilsner was a perfect opportunity to showcase this astounding crop of Riwaka.
This snappy little number comes in at 5.2% ABV and is radiating with that classic NZ terroir in the nose with some white tea, melon & fresh citrus zest. On the palate we’re tasting one of the most refreshing beers we have in our portfolio, with notes of white grape, peach, and a light pine bitterness. We’ll very much be enjoying this one after our shift(s) for the foreseeable future. Let us know how you like it and maybe we’ll package it in cans so you can stock up your own chilly bin 😎

SAMSO returns once again. This Dry Hopped Saison is brewed with @rabbit_hill_malthouse Pilsner, Red Wheat, & Malted Oats. Hopped & Dry Hopped with THE almighty Simcoe. Bright notes of tangerine, pineapple, lemon verbena, bubblegum and coriander. 5.8% ABV
Next slide pictures the long anticipated CELLAR DOOR II. The second iteration of this series of rotating small batch Foeder & barrel aged saison & mixed culture beer created out of our Oaklyn facility. Batch II is a blend of 12 month, 6 month, and 3 month ales. This is a draft only offering available only in Oaklyn for a limited amount of time. We’re tasting notes of white grape, lemon meringue, pink lemonade, dusty oak, and silky Chardonnay with a very well balanced acidity. 5.1% ABV

Living Ribbons is our kinda sorta traditional Belgian Style Witbier that we are just loving during this heat wave.
Brewed with a base of @rabbit_hill_malthouse Wheat with some Flaked Oats for a bit of extra body, Living Ribbons is then hopped with Motueka and conditioned atop dried Lemongrass before being fermented with a traditional Belgian Witbier yeast strain.
Esther-y & bready like your classic Witbiers, with an extra bit of zip from the Motueka & Lemongrass, amping up the citrus notes and floral qualities.
And, at just 4.0% ABV, it’s like our gatorade around here these days ✌️😎✌️

Released over the past weekend to celebrate our 8th Anniversary, Future Folklore is a blend of matured mixed culture Saison and Brett-forward ales refermented atop second use Montmorency cherries from our pals at @3springsfruit (the first use being for this years vintage of Redwood) as well as local blueberries grown by Anthony Berenato Farms in Hammonton, NJ.
The color on this is wild, backed up by equally beautiful notes of blueberry pie, sour cherry, tropical kombucha, grape must, soft vanilla, and dusty oak. Future Folklore presents with a softer mouthfeel than our typical mixed culture offerings to really let that juicy fruit shine.
